Top mold bucks almost done. Should give some idea of how the fuse is being built. Bottom buck in now complete, I'm adding a new shot. The bottom mold is now wrapped. After soaking balsa in Hot water it bends easy. You just have to relief cut it at compound bends then wrap.

YEAH BABY!! As many times as I see it, I am still amazed by it. Balsa molding technology has really opened up the world of Semi Scale Stunt. Nice work.
