Latest--Katana Project

Thought I'de show off the latest creation: finally gotten it shaken down and am getting used to the feel of the full-size machine.

Stats:

Randy Smith SV-23 Katana
foam wing, molded aft deck, Polycrylic base.
PPG omni basecoat, Matrix Urethane Clear.

PA-65, piped. Bolly 13 x 4.2 3bl.

Thanks to all who answered questions, to those I regularly fly with and benchmark against, and to Randy Smith for being so patient with a newbie big-plane builder.

It is sure a blast to fly!

Just to tease you a bit, I have seen them and they are pretty awesome. Should have swung through and picked them up on my way down yesterday, but I don't think Jim was in the mood for company.

Very nice job. I like the shading on the wings.
