Purchased the same scale from M/Mark about two years back.

After one week, the measurements would not repeat...tried a fresh battery, same thing...totally out of range measurements...all over the place.

Totally random readouts, should have sent it back, the postage coming and going about more than it was worth...pos.

Some may be good, mine was bad. Threw the pos out. Saved the new battery.

Bought a balance beam scale...it accurately repeats readouts...no batteries, just gravity.

Maybe that's why it is so cheap?

Sorry about that. I have an electronic scale that I bought from Windy several years ago ($69.95 I think), which is still working beautifully.

I just assumed they might be pretty well equivalent.

I wheigh all my stuff at a fancy food store around the corner.

5 gram increments. If the owner is honest, fine! If he's trying to bull his costumers even better! My planes are lighter than I thought!
