Perfect Paint

I am currently finishing a model in Air Force "Azure Blue" from Perfect Paints. Is this paint fuel proof? Is it compatible with any other brand as far as making it so, if not? I touched a dried sample with some Brodak Jet Black and created an instant fizzy.

Perfect paints are Urethanes. They will pretty much go over any other paint, but will bubble and die if you try to paint over them with non Urethanes.

They should be much more fuelproof than dope of any brand. Only 2-part paints will be better.

I've painted a Foxberg racer with lemon yellow Perfect Paint 1-part urethane. 3 years later, same beautiful gloss, not a hint of fuel damage.. However, it seems a little too brittle - small cracks at the wing-fuse joint - need to find the right plastisizer for it.

Thanks to you also, Mike. Now I'm just waiting for the humidity to go down so I can finish another project that is all dope. That might happen by Christmas!
