Question on Carbon Fiber Veil

Hi Guys,
I need to buy some Carbon Fiber Veil to laminate my fuse doublers. I went to Arts Hobbies site and there is 17 gram and 10 gram light weight tissue and there is unidirectional will not frey etc.etc.
What do I really need and or does it matter?? Thanks

Greg,
We use .2 oz. veil. It is the "lightweight", but not sure if that is 10 gr. (??)

Greg,
I used carbon fiber on my fuse ond both my cardianal and my oriental. I,m sure their is some benifit in strenght. But hard hit crashes will take care of most planes no mater how you bild them.

The 10gr. is heavier assuming the area is the same. There are about 28 grams per ounce so .2 ounce veil would be about 5.6 gr.
