F84G Metal Dynajet kit

Many times i thought to start riveting it together, and put my german dynajet in it. Same as the plans i had to build ralph's big U2.....
Can anyone tell me what this nib kit might be worth before i start being aircraft airframe tech again? Or should i not?

Its a Suzuki & Edwards craft supplies kit from japan, cera 1968, same as my pulsejet.

Ideas?

Roger, When I was stationed in Korea in the mid 60's my flying buddy and I each bought a metal C/L jet. I don't remember the name of the kits but they were an F-84 and Julian got the MIG 15. These did not use a full sized pulse jut but a smaller version, oh about 1/2 size. The jets never ran on gasoline. We couldn't get them to run no matter haow we tried. In desperation we changed to a glow plug and K&B 500 fuel and lit it off. They ran with the neatest exhaust flame that you could imagine. Both flew briefly, noise got us banned from flying them. Julian still has his motor, mine was stolen but to your question.
These things show up on the bay and can go for some really insane money. You might want to check around before you commit to building it. Besides there aren't too many places where you can light off a jet anymore.

A smaller pulsejet? Had to go measure mine, its 20" long, 2.5" dia. Can you ask Julian the size of his?
Running on model fuel? Cool(er) idea, a friend has been mixing different chemicals with his dragster fuel to get all different flame colors, didnt think of that.
My F84 kit has a span of 30-5/8" length of 30-3/4" and my jet matches the blueprints. Is same as you rem?
Building it? Have wanted to, But selling it to someone that might appreciate it more sounds like a better idea. Havnt used ebay yet, is there a c/l pulsejet site?

I think you guys had OS "Tigerjet"s. They were a smaller copy of a Dynajet and my 1959 AHC catalog lists them as 18 1/2" long x 1 3/4" diameter, AHC special price $9.95. I was rummaging through our local antique store and found one in a box of old pipe wrenches! I guess someone thought it was a wrench extender!! It cleaned up nicely and a nice Japanese gentleman bought it from me (Ebay) for $150.

Dennis, nib pricing?, searched a bit and found the last one was sold for $1500. w/o a pulsejet.
Id still like to build it now that i have time from not fixing spam cans.
had hoped to hear from other builders, guess none around no more.

Hi Roger, Build It For Sure... Even if you never fly it,
it would be a great display model. a friend of mine has both jet
engines like yours. one is Dyna Jet sized and the other is smaller
like the Japanese Tiger Jet. There is a lot of pulse jet activity
on the internet; most of it is not modeling but pulse jet
experimental stuff with tons of info. Here are two links to

have fun at this site....Some day, I will get around to building
a C/L Scale Jet model. I would like to build an N.A FJ1. I try to
