I just got the kit for this plane. Is it OTS legal? Is it a good flier? I am not going to build it from the kit. Just want to know if it is worth the time to reproduce? Thanks.

It seems to me that there were two versions of the Miss Behave. The first one may indeed be OT legal. The newer one, with the flaps, is Classic legal. BTW, niether version resembles the other.

I'm wondering why everything is spinning around?

With flaps sounds like the Classic plane. Around 50 inch or a little more wingspan.
Saw some pics of one at a recent VSC. Wanted one when I was much younger.

The first Miss Behave is definitely old time legal as the kit was on the market in 1945. It was basically designed for the Ohlsson 60 sideport engine, about 31" span, flat bottom airfoil. Very clever construction using about .025 mahogany skin on fuselage and wings. Took me many years to find a plan for this one and my copy is not the earliest version. I'm sure you have a later version with symmetrical airfoil. I thought of building one of these for VSC just to show how it was in 1945 but got other priorities.

I believe the first one looked like a happy mix of the Warrior and a Zilch and had no flaps and an open cockpit with a little windshield.
the flapped one has the plans that show the fuselage full size for the large one and states that the junior Mis Behave is some percentage (75) as large. and the wing is full size and the plans say that you must buy the smaller "wing kit". That is for the classic legal version.

If I remember correctly, both versions flew pretty good.
