Making a tongue muffler

Hi there. I was wondering if anyone out there may be able to help me build a tongue muffler. I can get the aluminum, and have access to many tools to help build one. I seen one a while ago, but cannot remember the dimensions, as well as the hole spacing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The motor this would be for is a Fox 35. THX.

It would be simpler to order one from Leonard. The cost is very reasonable.

For the amount of work that goes into one of his mufflers Reasonable is an understatement.

It would also be cheaper to buy an ARF than build a plane, but sometimes we want to make things.
Here are some dimensions I used, based on a commercial one I had that had the mounting holes spaced wrong. Still have not tried them, so perhaps Len or someone else can comment.

Thanks Pat. You are right in that I just want to try to make one, seen as it does not look that complicated and that I have all winter to try it. Also thanks to Phantomflier and Broken Wings for the lead should my attempt fail. Thx.
