OS 52 four stroke

I have an r/c version of this engine and was wondering what airplanes you guys would suggest putting it in. Any set up and running advice also appreciated.

I'd say the OS has a hair more oomph than the Saito 56. I, and others are running the Saito 56 in Brodak Legacy's, more than enough power if kept in the mid to low 60 ounce range. I'd probably guess the smaller SV series would work, like the SV11,(but not the Intrepid or XL, too big) Look to others here for advice on running the OS. Doug Moon would be a good one to ask. The guys at Ultra Hobbies have a Pat Johnson manifold to replace that carb if you like too, that will save about 1/2 Ounce over the carb.

Doug Moon invented THE setup for this engine.
ONE OF THE BEST 4 STROKE SETUPS OUT THERE, PERIOD.

1. Get a Ultrahobby manifold kit. Use the large venturi. Standard Dallas clunk tank with muffler pressure.
2. THE BEST airplane so far for this engine is the UHP Saturn, bone stock. Buy one, build it.
3. USE Powermaster YS 20/20 or 30 Heli low viscosity fuel.
4. 11.5 x 3.75 Eather flat back (trimmed from 13 x 3.75).
