Possible minor rules tweaks

Given that there is an new rules proposal cycle coming up sometime soon it is reasonable to discuss minor things which it would not hurt to fix. This is offered as a service for those who care enough to put in a rules proposal.

1. Definition of height, altitude and elevation.

2. Are maneuvers flown out of sequence to be judged?

3. What to do when maneuvers are repeated?

4. When does the landing begin?

I'm sure you can think of others. I do not think the rules need any major fixes, but maybe a minor tweak or two.

you can add:
Pilot's circle- how it is to be used.

Reconcile the illustrations and text descriptions for beginnings and ends of maneuvers, maneuver entries and exits, what the tolerances mean, wind direction(is it required?)

Reconcile 11.1 and 13.4 Extra level laps are allowed by 11.1, but 13.4 does say how the pilot indicates which laps are to be judged, and the diagram says laps 3 and 4.

Clarify 9.1. as written is allows judging maneuvers based on the paint scheme of the plane.
