Russian Control Line Airplane Kits

I saw this on "Ebay" and realized it was Dirty Dans Kit. He must have purchased it when he was a Spy in Russia before he got that "Deep Throat" job with the Nixon administration.
I can't believe you didn't build it and fly it at the Nats. Looking at the "Description" it looks like it would make a fine "Dirt Mobile".
Are you sure the nails are for installing the bell crank? I was thinking Engine Mounting hardware.
The K-12? Kindergarten through 12th grade? Interesting kit.

The easy way: In eBay, go to "Toys & Hobbies" section. Type in search for: Russian produced (no hyphen, no quotes); that will take you to at least one item. Click "See Seller's Other Crap" to get to other stuff.

Yea, Thats a good one. You forgot to mention that you can easily put someones eye out with it and that the kit has numerous small plastic parts that you can choke on.

Yes I was tempted to bid to for the very reason Dan gives. It would stop me overreacting to a small slip of the knife to think of the suffering other modellers undergo and still wind up with horrible models.
