Friend of mine got a similar one for his kid. The only contro0l is throttle, pull the trigger it spins up the rotor and lifts off. It will actually climb fairly high, and by modulating the throttle on/off you can kind of steer it- by the torque reaction of the body to the rotor. Each time you apply/release power it rotates the body about 90 degrees.
Actually pretty fun- but then the kid started complaining and I had to let him fly it. Gee I only flew/ recharged it about 3 or 4 times in a row!! Come on I wasn't really hogging it! I was showing them how to fly it. My wife said I was a big bully!
