BIGS
I assume they are the old plain bearing Enyas. I've had several. Like most engines, start with a small prop, say a 9/6 on the 35 and a 9/4 on the 29. For break in use a very high lubricant fuel, from 25 to even 30%, with at least half of that castor and 5 or 10% nitro.
We generally ran them initially fairly rich in about 2 minute runs, slowly increasing to a fast 4 cycle over about 1/2 hour of runs. As time builds up toward that 1/2 hour, try a few seconds of 2 cycle several times during the run. Sometime between 1/2 hour and about an hour, they'll get to where they will hold a 2 cycle with the rpm steady and no sign of overheating for the full tank.
Try some initial flights with the same small props and a small fuel supply, about 1 minute's worth and see if they hold a steady setting in the air. If they progressively lean out in the air, try more break in. For stunt, run the low compression head and small venturi if you have them. They aren't great at the 2-4 break, usually preferring to run at the rich end of the 2 cycle. Keep extending the flights to full length. When they handle that, they are broken in.
Enyas used to be touchy on which plugs you used so don't hesitate to experiment. Could be a bit hard to start and I'd suggest a strong starting battery---caution:don't burn out plugs. A starter is even better. They are strong "kickers" when hand flipped so be careful.
They generally were a bit higher RPM engine than say a FOX, and like a bit smaller prop. After break in, I'd use no less than 25% lube, AT LEAST 1/2 CASTOR, and whatever amount of nitro works best for you.
They come from an era of castor oil and lots of it! Also, they take an odd thread propnut so don't jam one from your Fox on there.
Lastly, treat them anything like right and they will be as close to bulletproof as anything you can find. Abuse them and they'll only last a short lifetime.
Have fun

Boris:
I'd try a medium but if the rpm drops off when you pull be clip (as it probably will), go to a hot. In cold weather and rich runs, and Idle bar is a good idea. I'd just prefer not to go too hot a plug until I had a bit of time on them. Maybe I'm too cautious but......
Im in Minneapolis. Where are you at?

Edit: after 1/2 hour or so, carefully see what they do. They may not need that much time but as I remember, they usually did.

I have a model 5224 Enya 35 with the low compression head and the #2 venturi (lost the square #1). I use all castor Sig 25% or Powermaster GMA 29%. I don't think the 1/2 and 1/2 will hurt, but I just treat it like a Fox.
I can't really remember how old it is, over thirty years I'm sure, or how many planes it has been in. Profile and built up, but especially profiles. I have pretty good luck in a fast 4 and it breaks pretty good. I use a 10-5 usually, and have used 10 1/2-5. I will try an APC 10 1/2-4 1/2 next time I use it. So far it looks as if it will never wear out!

When you make the two minute runs that Jeff mentioned, make sure you let it cool thoroughly between runs. This is called heat cycling.
I like Enyas.
