I finally figured out how to upload pics from my camera to my computer, thanks to Aaron!
Here's my Giant Stuntmaster, Dixon plans. Several people asked about these in the past. I will probably build a Giant Kingpin before too long.
It is a suprising flier! It has a shiney case Veco 35 and TF 10-5 prop. It will do the pattern with no problem.

Bill: Yours really is sharp, just like the box art.

Mine is beat up. Before I restored it, it sat in a pole barn for...decades, probably. Hornet's nests were in multiple places in the wing structure. I thought I had gotten them all out, but after recovering, repainting, repairing, etc, and flying, you could hear sand swishing about inside the wing. The nests had pulverized to sand, and I had missed some. So you shake and shake the stuff to the OB tip, slit a hole in the silkspan.

Did this three or four times, and still don't have it all.

Check out those thick tailfeathers, by the way. And, on mine, I went with two wheels. Currell

Hi Currell,
Yeah, I really like the old red, white, and blue.
I will eventually put the windscreen on, I have some clear plastic now.
Had thought about putting white stars on the blue leading edge, and a two wheel gear, but that would have taken longer! hahahaha
maybe 25 hrs work in that one. Hardest part was to straighten out the piece for the LE. I had to saw a bunch of kerfs in the "bottom" of the piece and hold/glue it straight. Worked really good! It is so simple, but really flies pretty good!

Well, believe it or not, the plane was a three day "long weekend" build. I didn't have any clear plastic suitable for the windscreen. Thought I might add it later if it flew good. Now it's "later" and.......

Nice looking Plane....and Venturi insert.
How does the engine run....and don't rrruhhhhmmmmmmm!

Hi Scott,
Venturi insert look familiar??
It runs great.
I have found the Vecos to be a match to a good OS 35S. Strong engines for the "old time" design.
Thanks!

Bill, if you try to add a photo by "editing" the first post, the first photo will disappear. Dunno why. Maybe a glitch, but that's the way it works for me. If you are trying to load more photos all at once, you must not be waiting long enough for each to download before adding the next. Patience, Grasshopper! Steve

George Lieb is a club member with the Orbiting Eagles here in Omaha and has talked about this plane. He and others were involved in the design before it was kitted. George is one of the few guys left that designed Old Time Stunt models (the Triumphant) and is an interesting person to talk with.

Hi Mike,
A goldberg Shoestring will come very close to a "Giant Jumpin' Bean".
Will finally get to building the Giant Kingpin eventually.

I just got a Goldberg Shoestring and it is on my build list. Too may planes, to little time. though the shoestring shouldn't take too long? Right?

Hi Nick,
The Shoestring builds pretty quick, especially with CYA glue and epoxy.
During the summer between the 8th and 9th grade I purchased, built with Ambroids and Titebond, finished, and flew a Shoestring in less than a week.
Even mixed the chartruese paint according to the plans!
A really fun plane to fly.
