I feel quite honored to have elicited your first and only post!
Talk about someone whose heart is in the right place.......Thank you for the countless hours of judging both locally and nationally and all the Concurs awards you so beautifully crafted and donated to the NATS over the years.

Bill, bite your tongue HARD! "4 stroke of what flavor?"
To quote Brett ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG! It's a Thumper 36(aka Magnum) with the side to rear header and pipe. The finish is the tried and true keep puttin' paint on and sanding it off until it gets real smooth after which you keep puttin' on polish and rubbing it off until everything is real shinny.

This one is the "Skinny Diva" It is an experimental tweaking of the current version with the sole purpose of flying better in extreme turbulence without sacrificing any of the good stuff in my current airplanes. If it works I'll let everyone know. If it doesn't work, it will be another shinny wall decoration in Santa's workshop.

The header looked like a 4S exhaust in the picture.....

Need to follow my own signature! LOL!!

All I needed to do was remember that you got me started with the Magnum 36, and I have a wrap around header to boot...

Man, no one will accuse you of dull airplanes. I think this may be your best one. Sure is pretty.

How did you do the lettering? Still a Magnum 36. I guess.

Seems we're both looking to have planes that will fly when it's bumpy. That was my primary concern when designing my current beast.

Why "Skinny" Diva? What terrible machinations have you been devising?
