T-Bolt progress (PHOTO'S)Update 5 more shots 12-13-04

This is where I am starting off today 12-12-04 airframe start date 11-27 . I should be able to get allot done today and tomorrow. Molds are dry and fitting is underway. Airframe as you see it here weighs 20.5 oz that includes pilot. So what I'm looking for is a finished airframe including canopy and landing gear + wheels 25 oz.

More pic's to follow later today. I want to thank Al Rabe for the info on how to do the pilot. I cut his head off and turned it should look better. I'm cutting canopy now and fitting it while bottom molds dry.

As soon as the wood work is done and I am doping I will start my Super JUNAR. Probably next week.

Wow! Very nice and very quick. It seems like only a few days since you were framing up the wing.

But the real question is, why is the pilot smiling. After all, his head will spend a lot of time very close to the pavement traveling very fast. Shouldn't he look more serious?

It's why I used Spider-man as the pilot of my USA-1. I figured nothing "I" was going to do would scare him.

Well I said it would be a Razor back if I could make a canopy .I really don't care for the looks of the Razor back so to make others happy doesn't out weigh the trouble.

Still looks great Robert. I fly with Bob McDonald who's built 2 Razorbacks, I could check on a canopy with him if you'd like.

Nice work. What really impresses me is the speed at which you get this stuff done. What is your trick to working so quickly? How many hours a day do you go at this stuff? Are you single...

quickly? Repetition I have build hundreds of these planes so it easy for me.

me. How does one get started into that field? There are some programs like Motorcycle Mechanics Institute
but I started in 1973 at LPVVC. Then got some #### jobs for Harley and worked my way up to PHD Master of technology.
