From looking at the AMA website, and discussion on other forums, I understand the following: (1)The online rulebook is now the official rulebook, (2) If you wish a hard copy, you can print it out yourself or pay the AMA $2.50 a section for a copy. The past AMA policy of supplying a rule book to CD's and any AMA member who asks is no longer in place.
If you know differently, I am all eyes. If the above is correct, I hope you will let your AMA VP know what you think about it. I have already done so.
I also understand that confusion about rule change forms has been/is being cleared up.
