Engine set-upsedited#0 source
Lets let the politics lay for a while and post some engine set-ups. That way we can have something to read about. Lets try to make it very detailed and accurate so I can copy it to stunt news. So we can read it in the long lonely nights without a computer, because this thing is killing my eye sight! Thank you.

RE: Engine set-ups#48 source
Double Star .60bb in airframe of unknown heritage, but perhaps an SV. Weight about 68 oz, area about 700". APC 12.5 x 6 (a stock size), Thunderbolt 4-Cycle plug, Powermaster 10-22, stock muffler (a flow-through.

ST G.51 CL, modified to GMA cylinder timing by Daniel Dirt, but otherwise close to stock, i.e., smaller than GMA venturi, and stock compression, roughly. Big Art tube muffler, Powermaster 10-22, Thunderbolt R/C plug, 12-5 APC clipped to 11.5 with tips restored to stock-ish, or Graupner 11-6 or APC 11-6. Design is a Magnum Plus from Dixon/Smith, 62 oz, about 700". Good flying airplane, recommended.

Note: If your LHS has Zinger props, see if they have Zinger glowplugs. They are the same as Thunderbolts. Or K&B glowplugs, or RO-Jett glowplugs. All are made by Ohlsson, which is the key deal, IMO. Steve
