We have been talking about transcribing articles to HTML format for efficient use on web pages. As we have seen, PDFs are great, but they can occupy a lot of space and take a lot of time to download.

I have been experimenting a little with Word, trying to convert one of my own articles to an acceptable HTML format. Although I'm not exactly an expert at it, it does seem like it might eventually be workable.

There is an example file on the PAMPA web site right now, and here is a link to it, should you wish to look at it:

It takes a little time for the page to load, but I don't think it is that objectionable at 56KB.

I'd be interested in your comments, advice, ideas and corrections.
