Today, I went to run it again and ran into a problem. It sort of started stopping and starting. The old Wow.....Wow...Wow...Wow. Thing. If I left the batter one, it seemed fine. OK, so I thought it had burned a plug. I changed plugs (from and OS #8 to a Fox Idle Bar). Same thing. So I tried a number of other plugs (all new). Thunderbolt, Glo Bee and a hot car plug (Traxx I think). Same, same. So I thought perhaps the pipe was leaking. Put on a different pipe. Same thing. Resealed the header. Same thing. Changed fuels. Same thing.
Any ideas? It was fine till today. Something leaking? The sucker just won't hold a setting. If I jack it up into a rich 2 stroke, it seems to run steadily, but leaving on the 4-2 break, it will do the Wow...Wow...Wow thing and will pretty soon quit.
