Flying in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

Here are a few pics from Edmonton, Alberta at the Namao flying site, home of the Pairie Fire contest in August. Flying with Bruce Perry, Neil Rogers and myself was a member from the Perfect Circle flying club from Winnipeg Manitoba, Larry Maltman. A great day of testing and tuning......

What happened to the colour on your shots?

Now that Larry made it to Edmonton, maybe we can expect more traffic from Manitoba and Sask...????

Wish we had some weather here. I'd like to be flying.

Good to see your pictures here. That is a long drive for Larry - glad to see him there. What was he flying?

Hi Monty, Larry was flying a Legacy powered by the best engine on the planet....the PA 65 (my opinion).....He says he will be back for the Prairie Fire contest with water to put out the fire in the field.....

Bruce was flying Legend.....Jester is not quite ready.....Here's a pic though.....

Hi Allan....I'm actually out by Morinville, which is down the highway to the east of Onoway. Maybe think about visiting when our Prairie Fire contest is on, in the first weekend in August? Elvis shows up plus some other funny looking people as well.....

Saw Larry's new bird this Sunday at the Perfect Circle Flying
Club's 'President's Day'. The tweeks are coming along nicely.
Said he had a great time in Alberta. Bruce, I enjoyed the tank
trimming ritual you showed Larry.
