Well Mike, you better get busy planting more grass out there in the desert or Tom is going to be mighty despondent after a week or so. Scratch that! Make it an hour or so!
Have you got the rider all gassed up and blade sharpened?

You don't have to worry about the gas for the mower, Tom brings his own. If you want to make him happy, get him a subscription to the Washington Times Weekly-he likes to take a break from mowing and read.

Man, AL houses are cheap! I haven't seen prices like this up in New England since the first Gulf war. That said, I almost had a conniption when during my visit to LA and SF I asked what house prices were in those areas.

You just moved away from us here in Virginia. I thought you were happy with the Alabama gang. 
My wife is now making noise about moving to North Carolina. At this rate, there will be no one left in the DC area.

Not Me! Or not yet, Susan and I looked at property in Strawberry and nearby
Payson; then we headed east to the border and checked out Show Low and
Silver City NM. I liked Payson best and Susan liked Show Low best.
The inlaws lived in Clarkdale, just below Jerome..I hate Sedona...
Lotsa really nice places up around Payson to live. Ed Carlson clued me
into looking in that region of AZ.
