I have to give a big THANKYOU to Phil C and Gill R. for there help getting me back in the air with them after a many year layoff. They jumped and helped out and we all had a blast flying together. I felt good placing 5th with these great flyers. Our sport is full of this type of people. Dennis Hastings was ready and even offered his planes and engines for me to fly if I didnt want to purchase any just for the day but John Brodak had a hanger full ready for me. If you dont usually stop and watch combat you are missing out on a great show and a group of fantastic friends.

Sounds like flying combat helped out your PA flying. Now you've got fly with the experts in both combat and PA. Nice work.

That is for sure. i have been out of combat too long. I did check my plug before the remanding official flights including stunt. I think it sunk in finally. BAD ANDY

Hi Bill, I am coming down to the meeting for sure and probably bringing my son to do some flying also ( Drew 5yrs ). I have my combat planes and engines ready for a few practice flights. Will try to get up with Wayne Foster and Clayton Smith also for this saturday. Oh yea I will be bringing my Avanti also for some pratice flights, alot of them on the top circle.
