I snapped a few pictures on Saturday and some of the trophy winners on Sunday. This year was the first contest after the Katrina disaster and was lightly attended. I always enjoy the Baton Rouge contest because it is laid back and there is no real pressure as can be seen by my score. I finished third in expert with a whopping score of 43.0. A brain cramp in the reverse wing over resulted in a less than stellar recovery to inverted flight of approximately -1 inch. To say the least this was not my day.
Richard Oliver took top honors and Dee Rice finished next to last... Errr second place that is. I Don't have picture of the score boards so someone else will have to fill that in.
