In the Contest Calendar in Model Aviation. Model Aviation is the Magazine put out by the Academy of Model Aeronautics for members. You have to be an AMA member to compete in AMA sanctioned contests. Check the AMA website.
There is a stunt symposium this Saturday and a P-40 stunt contest on Sunday in Dallas. Sympo will be from 9:30 to 3:00 at Farmers Branch Recreation Center, 2919 Amber Lane, Farmers Branch. Contest is at Hobby park in Dallas at Northwest Hwy and Garland Road. contact [email protected], or [email protected]

Good to hear of more CL guys in the area coming out of their holes. There has been increased CL activity lately in the OKC area, ideas of restarting a club,etc. The RC guys have tentatively suggested throwing in with them(has possibilitys but would have to deal with a lot of typical R/C bull***t) but things are generally looking up.
