You did hear about Clinton's Uncle, didn't you? Charlie Chadwick was his name. Well, this was another of Clinton's relatives that he wasn't too proud of, because they hung him for cattle rustling. They tried to keep it out of the press and the like, but, the truth be told, he was the first of the hanging Chads.

He left behind a grieving widow who was soon to bear him a son. She became known as the first of the pregnant chads.
