Documenting Southwick Part 3

Now that we have (most) of the airplanes pictured, here are a few shots around the ball diamond that give our stunt friends in the middle of their building season a sense of what the Ed Southwick Memorial contest was about. Bear in mind I only spent a half day Sunday of the two day contest.

Three shots showing the flight line. Each has been cropped to remove everything not useful in telling the story. If you use a higher resolution than you will be transmitting, you can casually frame a shot when taking it (minding to not step on the lines) and then crop it very tightly in your image editing program.

This being the Ed Southwick Memorial, a frame of photos of Ed and his Skylarks was set up next to the trophies, which were donated by Eric Rule of RSM. Or RMS, I never remember.

Thanks for the documentation of the Ed Southwick Memorial Contest. I believe Ed and Helen were smiling down upon us for the weekend and gave us nice weather. I also believe that many of our heros who are no longer with us watch over us during these events. To all of them, who are no longer with us, thanks for all you did in the past.
