WORLD CHAMPS!!!!

OK, Now I may have gone and "done it"...

There were some small discoloration spots on my new ROJET BSE RE and my Randy Smith Spinner was tarnished. The engine instructions said the engine could be cleaned up with Mother's aluminum polish. Hey. I've got some of that. So, I gave it a try... Now, how do I get the black residue out from the cooling fins and the like? I tried a tooth brush but that just smeared it around. Is there a solvent that will clean it off? Mineral spirits maybe?

Just use some yarn. Use it like you would use floss in your teeth.

Go to the kitchen get some white flour, it will absorb the polish residue and brush it out.

As usual, Krystal is kicking butt. One of these years, she'll probably be flying combat for the US, as well.

It was pretty good, but just to avoid any possible misinterpretation, I believe that she was 3rd in Junior speed, not 3rd overall. That doesn't take away from her accomplishment in my mind. F2A is an extremely technical event and mastering to this degree is no small accomplishment for even adults.

F2A has another exemplary property - it not a matter of opinion who wins!!
