I'm in South Central PA, and haven't received mine yet, last name is Smith. Gary Lutz is 10 miles south in Hagerstown, MD and he got his almost 2 weeks ago. Price Reese is in Sharpsburg, MD, about 12 miles south of Gary and he has not received his yet.
Since Doug Moon hasn't received his, I was wondering if it could be an alphabetical thing.
Anyway, as I remember from the previous thread, Shareen wanted to know if it was not delivered by this week.

All will be shocked! shocked! to hear that Floyd didn't care for preceding issue's Bad Boy Stunt column.
Nils,
What's this I hear about you not being at the NW Regionals this year?

You have been reading too much stuff from Ted and Da Dirt.
A simple, short answer would have sufficed.
Besides, that's a story I would have wanted you to tell me in person!
All my best during recovery,
Dan Rutherford
Mine felt a lot like that (although not as bad) all last summer. I flew pretty decent at the NATs and Golden State, but it hurt the whole time, But I pretty much couldn't clean my windshield with a squeege on the drive back!
Turns out my problem was a repetitive stress injury. I had overstressed my forearm muscles on an accidental 5.0 second lap flight in the wind in June. But what kept it going was bad ergonomics on my computer mouse. I had installed a 3-button aftermarket mouse (vice the standard Apple ADB single-button mouse) on my work computer to make it easier to use the scroll bars on our terminal emulator. In attempting to keep my fingers spread out in order to keep from accidentally hitting the middle and right buttons, I had to spread my forefinger and middle finger at a pretty good angle. This stressed my forearm muscles all the way back to the elbow and kept the injury from ever getting better.
I thought I might have to withdraw from Golden State because while I could fly OK, I was worried that I might let go if I turned my hand at the wrong angle. That's why I turned down Paul's offer to fly the P-51 - because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to hold on to it. At one point, the little bone that sticks out on the side of the elbow was so sore that it would wake me up at night.
At any rate, I switched back to the stock mouse, and finally, over about the next 3 months, it got a lot better. Now, I don't have any residual pain, and it's back as good as it ever was.

Btw, it's Monday & my new SN still hasn't made an appearance. Maybe tomorrow.

There's a secret, unannounced prize for being able to throw the engine all the way into the irrigation slough. My arm is way too ragged out to ever make it.

No.

Maybe Doug could show up and entertain everyone by hitting himself in the back of the head on his first attempt (he throws like a big girl).

Hasn't anybody had cortisone/novocaine shots for tendonitis besides me? It works, tho if it didn't, I would not recommend many of them.
They hurt like all H--- after the novocaine wears off and are not good for your heart, but worked for me.

StevePS: What about the month issues on the latest Stunt News? Do I have to go git my March/April issue to prove that there is no April/May issue? It would make sense to print Jan/Feb, Mar/Apr, and May/June, no April/May.
