I have done a fair amount of bus. with them in the past two years. I did it all by phone though, no email. Last time I spoke with Ed, he seemed to indicate that a buddy helped him with his website and internet dealings......

I've purchased several engines from Ed, he is definitely "good people". I only sent him one email that I can remember and he replied a few days later. I got the impression that he really isn't too enamored with computers in general. I was always suprised at the time he'd take to answer all your questions and maybe bring up some points you hadn't thought of when making a purchase.
