That is an Aldrich handle which was designed and sold by George Aldrich. They came in several colors. He sold the handle and tooling to someone else who then manufactured them. they were popular with the combat flyers. If you know any old combat flyers, you might find one there.

The Aldrich Magnum handle. Last batch I saw were sold by Bob Bearden in the mid 90s. Very popular among Combat fliers. Their faults were that they were too narrow (i.e. thin) in the grip, and that there was the possibility of snagging the other guy's lines with the knob. I've got one I've been using for years.
