Replacement prop for a Rev Up 10-6

I was told that the Rev-Up props are no longer being made and I am looking for something that will give me the same performance. My Super Clown running a Fox .35, tounge muffler and 60' lines really likes the Rev-Up 10-6 props. Unfortunatly I'm down to my last one and if I break it I need to find a replacement. I have a Rev-Up 10-6W that really seems to bog the engine down and doesn't produce a comfortable flying speed. The Clown gets really light at the top of a wing-over and at the top of loops. I have tried Zinger and Master Airscrews but they really get the clown moving at a pretty good clip. Can one of the Prop Experts (I can't imagine there not being one out there somewhere ) make a recomendation.

I'm in the same boat with old style TF 12-5 and Rev-Up 12-5W.
However! Zinger makes a 10-6W AND a 10-6EW. My Fox 35 LOVES the EW while pulling around the El Diablo.

It is a great prop for the Fox, but you can't readily use a spinner with it as the shaft is too short (where have I heard that before??). Seems like I have been running into that problem a bit as of late and been trying to use super thin washers to compensate. Would be nice if Fox made an optional shaft with an overall longer length. I am sure that there would be issues with runout though.
For what it is worth, I have found the the APC 10x5 to be as good as the 10x6 wood props. Also get a little flywheel effect to smooth out the imbalanced engines.

Two things about that one. First, are you aware that most Rev-Up props are OVER-rated for pitch? A Rev-Up 10-6 is actually a 10-5. Second, have you ever tried Y&O 10-5's & 10-6's, be it the originals, the B-Y&O's, or the recent versions from Brodak? Those are reported to be very similar pieces to the Rev-Ups.

Sorry, prop expertise isn't particularly my ball of twine. But I do know enough about them to have tried a wide variety of props brands and sizes at different times. For instance, I've never been happy with any Master Air Screw anything, and have never been well impressed with Zingers. I like the Aussie Taipans, and I think you will like their 10-5's on your plane. And in my opinion, a Clown looks silly with a spinner, so whether there is any spinner that works properly with a Taipan or not is moot in my book.

Also, have you tried any 9" props, or 11" props on your Clown? Jim Thomerson has owned some Fox 35's that for his planes would handle an 11-5, but he doesn't run any of his engines, not even a Fox Stunt, in a breaking run.

I'm with Kiwi on his prop observations...especialy the Taipans...
and you can safely cut into the inner blades to fit a spinner..yes,
I have a spinner on my Super Clown..and it looks awesome....with it's
Taipan 8"x6" prop...Tony

I would guess that a Master Airscrew 10-6 *wood* is probably the closest equivalent. The other choice is the BY&O 10-6.

For reference, the Rev-up 10-6's I have (and I have a few lying around) are about 5.6-5.8" of pitch in the middle of the blade, washing out to about 4.9-5 at the tips. I would expect the MA wood would be pretty similar. The BY&O is probably going to be about 5.2 helical.

I'm sure you could flind something suitable in the Bolly catalog, too, and I would imagine it would be quite an improvement in performance.

Most of the Fox 35's around here use APC 10-5's.. Works good, available and priced right..
