Brodak .40 Engine NVA Question?

The picture below show's a O.S. Max Spray bar (left side) and on the right is the spray bar from the Brodak engine.
Then I took a picture of the two spray bars rotated 180 degrees
and the Brodak on the right has another hole. How do I go about placing the spray bar from Brodak into the Brodak engine correctly?
This is the first time I have seen two holes on the same spray bar.

If you look closely enough you will notice the 2 holes are slightly off center. Put the spraybar through the case and rotate so you can see neither hole, that is they will be pointing to the front and rear of the venturi. If you have it 180 deg out you will be able to just see both holes.
