I've just returned from Kyle Tankeresley's (tanks-hangar.com) with the prototype of the Imitation. I know it has been awhile since I first posted here about this model, but the death of Kyle's father-in-law and the death of his laser tube conspired to greatly slow things down for Kyle in June.
As usual the laser cutting is first rate. I've already gone through all the items with Kyle and had a few small details changed for production. I will be taking the box full of parts to the NATS to show people, and when return Doug and I should be able to knock this baby out in no time.
