McCoy glow plugs

Where in the world do you get mccoy glow plugs?? i was out of long glow plugs in a combat match and a guy threw me a couple of them, they are the best for the engines im runniong but I only have one left... Please help!!! BEN

RSM carry them

Find some guy who races boats. They like to order the things by the hundred, and so get a price break. What I can't understand is why they, and the ducted fan jet jockeys, haven't caught on to Nelson plugs yet.

Or maybe they have - the boaters used to share rec.models.rc with airplane people, and I found that they had a lot of interesting stuff to say. Haven't had a good discussion with a boat guy for a long time.

id like to get some to but everybody is out of them and they say there on back order. if i find any ill let you now, even towers is out of them.

Incidentally, they're OEM'ed by Ohlsson, just as K&B and some other plugs are. Also be aware that there are several different plugs in the line.

Supposedly there are only a few plug manufacturers left in the US - Fox, Cox, Swanson (Fireball) and Ohlsson (which produces plugs under a variety of brands). Twinn-K's gone. Henry Nelson might make his own, too - don't know.

Both these places list McCoy glowplugs. Hobby People is the main source for Thunderbolts, and you might want to try their heavy duty glowplug. Their software shows you what is in stock, while Sheldon's doesn't. Good folks, too. Steve
