Where are PA engines manufactured?

I've never seen/held one, I've read alot about them on this forum and was just wondering if Randy Smith makes them. Are they similar to the RO Jett engines? Just curious.

They are assembled and tuned at Randy Smith's place. They are actually made by Henry Nelson, the CL Combat engines and RC Pylon engines guy.
