Can someone point me to who manufactures these boxes or a place where I can get one?

Many of the Texas Combat Cohort's members have modified these in an assortment of ways, most of which have included adding an RC power panel in the top or one side, attached to a battery in the bottom. The most desireable variety, and the one made by Rubbermaid that has been cloned by some others, has concave grooves on each of its four legs which are a good fit for the "case" that some two ounce syringes come in.
So the combat pilots drill some holes in the legs and strap these syringe holders onto the legs with large tie wraps, to have their refuel loads ready and handy for fast restarts. A similar product that a couple of us own now has wheels on one end, it has a multi- compartmented lid, and is larger than the stool-box, sits a little taller for folks with longer legs. So far, I haven't seen power panels added to those.
I just got around to peeling off the advertising sales stickers from my own, a year after my kid found it and brought it over. So I can't tell you what brand name to ask for when you call around, sorry.
Lowes Home Centers has two sizes of these. One is exactly like the one that Allan Green and I use, and the other is larger. Probably too large. I can't recall if Home Depot has them now, but that was where Jeff found our first one. They are red and black or gray and black.
