Well it was only a matter of time but someone stuck a ARF Flight Streak on eBay.

As if the price wasn't bad enough, Look what he wants for shipping to boot. By the time you buy it and have it shipped, with a little patience, you could have almost two of them from Tower. These things wont be out of stock forever.

Barnum was actually an optomist. LHS still has same one sitting in rack- about 3 weeks now and counting, I'm curious to see how long it is there.

As we know C/L has been exisiting as a cottage industy for several years. We have relied on dedicated individuals who only wanted to see the sport stay alive. Control Line has been getting more popular in the past several years, even to the point of ARFs being developed and marketed. As it gets more and more popular we shall see more and more money grubers enter the market who are more concerned with profit than with furthering the sport.

Top Flite has offered some pretty decent ARFs at a pretty decent price. They will catch up with demand and the Flite Streak and Nobler will be available again soon. Please don't give money grubbers like this guy on ebay your business.

There are several on this board who know Local Hobby Shops who have the Flite Streak ARFs in stock for 59.99 or less. If you are really desperate for one, let us know. We can give you the number for the shops that we know of that have them in stock. There are two shops in the Memphis area that have Flite Streaks and Noblers in stock. Email me for the phone numbers. I had thought it would be neat to put one on ebay, just to see what would happen. I am happy that the deed is done and even happer that I didn't do it!

Ebay is great place to auction things; however, set a reserve and start the bidding low. If it is worth your reserve, you will find out soon enough.

Why bother when the ARF can be bought for the same as you would spend on a scratch built..

PS: It isn't like one would have to worry about BOM on the Streak..

I wonder if the plans Gary has for planes with flaps have the flaps working the right way? How is he allowed to sell some of the things he has i.e. a car mounted gun!And he tells in the add to blast other cars!! What a jerk!!!

Look at Gary's feedback. Many complain about the plans being poor copies and illegible. I wrote him and asked about some Ringmaster plans that he had on ebay. He said the plans were made from traced parts from an old kit. No thanks!!
