Pattern rules change proposal, sort of

HI guys. Yesterday I was trying out two planes and it seems the one maneuver I can't get right is the horizontal square eight. So I propose we change the rules to show a new maneuver to replace the present square eight. Eliminate the square eight and insert a right octogon connected at the intersection to the left with a lozenge shape. Then I would be looking good. What say yee mates, arrghhh???
New subject. Why do most, if not all, OS engines get such great fuel mileage?? Or is it just mine?
Now I hope most of you, in fact all of you realize this is just in jest and I'm poking fun at my pattern flying:)

At least you've got a pattern to poke fun of! I'm still working on a) wingovers (not reverse), b) consecutive inside loops and c) consecutive lazy-8's. Just introduced inverted flight, sort of. Like you, "I'm gettin' better", but got a L-O-N-G way to go. Having fun, tho.

As for the OS fuel efficiency, I think it's because the engine is happiest when the needle is very closed. I get quite a bit of time on 1.8 oz...

Well, Jim, I did put one into the ground inverted, but only broke a prop and shaved 1 inch off the top of the rudder. My new stunters now have wheels on the tip of the rudder and upper wing tips. Flying my new/old Oriental when a gust knocked it towards the ground and shatterd the prop. No other damage. This was a triming flight. It greased in on a perfect landing, rolled about ten feet and then took off, dead stick and floated to a stand still, then dropped straight down on all three wheels!!! Too much wind.
