U-Key Shipping Delay

Delivery of U-key's will now be delayed until the end of July. Will be having kidney removal tomorrow and am currently out of stock on all sizes. Will advise later when kits can be shipped.

I have both the Ukey 35 & 40 read to fly all I need is the right weather and for my flying buddy wanting to fly on the same day as me!

Kidney removal? Wow, that is scarier than most operations. May God be with you. You have to be going through unbelievable tension, and I really, truly, will think of you everytime I whiz. Keep up the good work.

Isn't it just like Joe, on the eve of major surgery, to have been thinking of his customers. He is terrific to deal with. It's worth buying a U-Key to have the pleasure of working with him.

Hope everything went OK!

Wanted to put this down yesterday, but the news about GMA got to me big time. Another hero gone! Now, for less important news...The kidney removal went very well. It was malignant, but contained to the kidney itself. Doc says they got it all. I'm home and the recovery is going well, with daily short walks the highlight of my day. Still wont be able to get to the shop until August 7th for any normal work activity. I'm out of U-keys, what with the uninticapated increase in sales in May and June, so new orders will have to wait until the middle of August for shipment.
Want now to say thank you to all the guys that I have never met, and might never meet who offered their thoughts and prayers for my surgery, and for their support of me and my wife and family. It's so cool to get an e-mail checking on the clarity of one's urine. Now, if I only had the right type of camera, I could show you my 8" scar.

Especially in light of the tragic loss of George, I am so pleased to hear that your surgery went well, that is was successful in removing the troublesome tissue, and that you are home and up and about, even if on a limited basis. Concentrate on your recovery. We can wait for our U-Key fixes.

Here here!! Super person to deal with and a GREAT PRODUCT. I heard of Joe's surgery this weekend from my flying pal and I am setting this email out to all of those who DON'T know Joe: KEEP HIM IN YOUR PRAYERS. He is one hell of a guy. His product is the most significant contribution to control line since the two line concept. At a time when we loose heroes like George Aldrich, we need new ones to turn to.

When mention arrives on how to get people involved in the hobby, the Ukey is the way to go. I have one that I am flying and I am ready to order many more from Joe as soon as his health allows. My only suggestion to Joe is that he step up to the plate and offer a full-bodied version of his Ukey. The wings fly very very well. Congratulations.

Mine is stock guys. FP 40, Joe's tank (3.5oz), tail skid (depleted uranium). It flys up a storm.
