Super tigre G21/46

This has probabley been asked before but here we go, I have purchased a G21/46 but it is an r/c version,, can any one help with venturi size I should run and as I will mmake a tongue muffler for it how many holes and what size ? or how many square mm/inches for either.

Any other information would be appreciated.

The outlet on the original ST G21/46 muffler is 7mm in diameter
drill enough holes in your tongue muffler to match this, a 2.5mm
drill size is what i have found to be a good starting point.
Experiments with venturis has found a hole size off 6.5mm
using a enya 35/45 engine NVA works well.
The rc type engine has a pinch bolt which holds the carby in
on the uc model the spraybar replaced this pinch bolt.
I put the enya spraybar through the venturi without any problems.

I'd do it the easy way and just order from Len our host. Bada Bing Bada boom, your done. Its that easy!

My venturi is .177 dia purchased from the host. Muffler is a Randy Holcroft

I might add that it's really a shame to drill a hole in the case for the "through the middle" spraybar if it doesn't already exist. The sprinkler system works just fine as it comes. Of course, if the case has already been drilled, then you don't have any choice.

.159 is the stock venturi size. I have run as much as .188, but it's really too much. I found .173 to be a good compromise but you pretty much have to run 10% nitro. It will run on 5%, but it's kind of twitchy.

I found a good way to fill those holes if you want to use the sprinkler set up. I put in a delrin venturi and turn it so the drilled holes face front to back and then fill the holes in the case with JB weld. remove the delrin plug and install your new sprinkler style venturi.
