Subject: Pull Test Device

Attention: Anyone that would share their plans.

1. I am looking for plans to fabricated a pull test device for use at the up coming F2D W/C’s next summer in Muncie.

2. This is the type where only one pit boss is required to operate and allows for accurate line length measurement.
