Is there anywhere one might download OT, Classic, & PA score sheets for the purpose of duplication and use for contest scoring? I found nothing in the AMA document index and my search efforts so far have produced nothing except the CLPA document on SSW. Can anyone help?

I believe the black file story, really I do but... I think the access keys to that is in Japan until after the contest.
