I could be wrong but I think you knew before you went to the NATS that the B-17 could very well cost you some points. But you flew it anyway because it just had to be done.. I just wanted to thank you for adding a highlight to my life..

Yeah, and Paul flying it at the Nats saved my bacon. I foolishly agreed to do a presentation on models for a local civic group on 8/6. Before I agreed, I made sure they had a VCR for presentations.

Now I am all set. I got enough B-17 tape and other top 5 tape to WOW them. Think I will tell them the B-17 is typical of what we CL modelers do, but mine is in the garage for a brake job.

Did you mean "brake" job or "break" job? As long as you say it out loud, no one will know the difference.
