This is not controline but I thought you would like it.I live five miles from Lowe's motor speedway and they were testing for the upcoming Wiston race.I went on Monday and Tuesday night. I was told some of the cars were exceding 200mph.Half of the cars were in primer or all one color so they are rebuilds or new cars.

Eddy, here is an example of a picture that is way too big for the computer screen. it is 1600 x 1200 pixels in size, and unless someone is set at a really high resolution, it will force anyone to scan from side to side.

It, also, doesn't fit here in the control line forum, since it is not cl related, so I will probably leave it up for a short time and then pull it. But we need to keep our picture sizes down to where they can be viewed on an "average" computer screen without scanning from side to side.

From the looks, you could fly cl in the grassy area when there is no race. Hmmm. Just a thought.

Hi Ty I have thought about it as a way to get in for free to the pit area.On race weekends the center fills up. They put on concerts in the grass area but some thing might work out.Buy the way the blurry orange thing on the lower right is a car at 190+ mph.Several cars went over 200 on monday afternoon.

How about editing your post, deleting the photo you posted, and post the shrunken version, to see the difference?

I watch most any motor sports on TeeVee, used to work corner crew at the local sports car track (Pacific Raceways). Lots of modelers are gear heads. I saw an interview with one of the Craftsman Truck drivers, and he mentioned that he and the other driver on the team both fly R/C models. Steve
