Lil' T-Bird

Does anyone out there have any experience with Bob Palmer's Lil' T-Bird? Need suggestions, am planning on using a '57 Fox 25, and will keep it very light. I do not plan on using differential flaps.
It will be set up for Classic events, Bellcrank size (4"??), horn height?, will use Morris adj. elev. horn, starting point on line length (.015 braided), and any other suggestions.
How does/did yours fly?

Bob Englend also has a nice set of plans available. He includes all of the parts outlines so that you could cut a kit. The orginal Veco plans were their typical assembly instructions.

I built one of the Veco kits once, way back in the mid 70's, when I was in 7'th grade, got it all the way to needing covered. At the time I thought it was huge!
