I'd show you, but I have no idea how to capture my desk top to use it here.

In addition, if I chose the wrong scheme, I'd have to k--- you after you'd seen it. Right, Leonard?

If you are using Windows, just press the Print Screen/SysRq key and this will capture the display image and put it on your clipboard. Then open any convenient graphics program (e.g. LView Pro), and PASTE it, from which you can save it as a file..

I use this technique all the time to capture graphics images. They can be pasted into most application programs.

"Magnum on Floats"--This was posted by nil Norling, this was his plane. From l997 to 2001, we had a C/L float pond at Roseburg, ore for the NW REGIONALS!! It was great fun. 8 flyers made C/l scale and stunt planes to fly on this pond. The city let me put this pond in on the Air port at Roseburg. This is why I post R3C-2--Dave Shrum

It worked!! Thanks for the information, Larry.

In Windows XP, one holds the "Windows" (logo) key while pressing the "print screen" key to move the desk top to the clipboard.

At first glance, I thought you meant on top of my desk. Bills, bills and more bills. On the computer screen, just some stray finger prints.

AC-62 launched 6/9/84, payload is a 2 ton Intelsat V satellite. My father was launch director for the expendable program, retired from NASA 7 or 8 years ago. I have a ton of interesting photos he passed on to me so my desktop changes frequently.

For some people they sure don't. That was an "exciting" day to say the least.

I took that picture, and if I remember correctly you built that model.

>Birds and Stunters don't mix.

Right! A couple of years ago Ferenk Zamoly, a veteran stint pilot lost a brand new gorgeous ship because a pigeon hit his cables a querter lap after takeoff.

Since tge "down" cable was ahead, the plane just sank into the tar. Total loss.

Well, when he got home he dug out of the closet his old BB gun, and he's shootin' first - and asking questions later - any pigeon that hs the ill luck to get within his fire range.

Sonme months later I was practicing with my buddy Chicão and his ST .51 powered Cheyenne hit a pigeon, but this time with the prop. Neither plane nor engine suffered any damage, but the pigeon wan half beheaded, and was agonizing. I put an end to his suffering with some gardening tool I borrowed from some workers, it swas not a nice sight.

When Ferenk hard the news he made himself believe that the ill lucked bird ws wxactly the one that doomed his nice stunter...

God bless you!

Ion

Ringmaster? .. A suggestion - stickytape some tissue (heavyweight is best for this) to a sheet of paper then print that image on a bubble jet computer printer. Keep water well away from it or the ink will bleed. Dope it on! That would look super on an otherwise clear finish.
