What a cowl! Awesome.

Cowls...Why, that's my next column

I gave up on the RCV. Just not durable enough, at least as far as I'm concerned. In the end, the cylinder gear blew up and pretty much trashed the engine. I think the thing has potential, but I'm concerned about the lack of durability.

It's sitting in the drawer in pieces. I may take another shot at it someday, but the Saitos are lighter and certainly are durable and have nearly the same power and sufficient torque. That being the case, why bother?

Don't forget how to do wheel pants right. Cowls and wheel pants have been my biggest head aches. I think I got it right on my 52 Nobler. I am so proud of it I don't want to dope it!!! I am in the almost ready for paint stage on a profile Cavalier from a kit. The wheel pants I did different than any before and they look pretty good if I have to say so.

Paint teeth around that cowling opening add a jawline and put it on the front of a P-40 and you have a great combination.
