Can anyone let me know where I can get a set of plans for the
OTS model Victory.

Have not had any luck looking on the net so far

I believe that Flying Models published the design////mayhaps 5 years ago? It should be in their plan index.

Rich is correct: Carstens carries the plans, listed in recent catalog as follows:

"CD-0043 Victory

"CL, #8 in the Classic Stunt Series. Spans 60", weighs 40-44 ozs, with a removable wing, requires .40-.60 two-cycle engine.
D. Still & W. Pyron
FM 01/98...$9.00"

The two examples at VSC were pretty spectacular.
