If Bigiron can't, I can probably locate one for you without much sweat.

I think I might part with a muffled "QRC" to help preserve her hearing. And, you'll find the price is right. Zip, zero, nada.

Larry,
What is a QRC?

Hi Gordy, QRC was the RC version that had an exhaust ring around the cylinder with a movable valve that was used as an exhaust throttle. It also muffled.
If you do not get one email me also and I will send you a new one in the box. Left over inventory from the sale of my hobby shop.

Actually, the QRC was a Black Widow that had a modified cylinder (eliminated free-porting {or sub-piston induction, if you prefer}) and a muffler. The muffler has a spring strap around the outside so you can access the cylinder for priming, and set the sound level wherever you want it. (Noise still = Power, I fear)

I dug up the engine, and will send it today. It is brand-new, so give it a couple of tanks of rich run on a smallish prop (5x3) to give it a good start in life.

I recommend 15/10/10 fuel for it. Keep it clean, and it'll last for years. (When you crash, REALLY clean it, don't just flush it with fuel!) For a trainer, actually, 10/10/10 fuel will do quite nicely. Get an old C*x black 6x3 prop for good impact absorbtion and adequate performance.

Good luck!
